depends on our roles and responsibilities you need to come up with a story which will be for 2 years period, in my case for every 6 months i wrote and some goals and how i'm achieving them with the training i'm getting there or the work which i'm doing.

Thank You bro ..Roles and responsibilities i can do it . do we need to just mention  those details on i983 and send that to uuscis ? OR do we also need to do a separate training plan doc for next 2 years and send that also.

And for every 6 months which you did do you share that with your DSO or uuscis ? the effective date of the training should it be from the STEM OPT start date or it has to to be prior to that ? 

If you can share complete training process how can we report that would be helpful.

I don't need the plan bro , ma employer they did not do this in the past , this is the first time, so nannu prepare chey mannaru. so ela prepare cheyyali how to report and what time period. Only I983 form chesthe chala or seperate document kuda cheyyala like for every month or so..

no need to send to USCIS you need to complete that I983, send that to ur university they will approve and keep it with them for their records. the 2 years plan has to be from start date of ur STEm OPT

I-983 as far as I know is sent to your school , so prepare it with what you do daily , when you joined there may be tech you learned or still learning , processes , your performance review feedback etc , also they may have set some expectations in your day to day tasks etc ivvanni rayi , you can find some examples in Google , also show the relevance between what you did in your masters and what you are doing in your job as that is what OPT is supposed to be (an extension for your education) , be truthful , nuvvu chese pani lone there will be so many things to write

you need to submit the plan initially , then submit progress after 12 months and then a final report after 2 years at the end of OPT if you are on OPT extension , read online , I may be out of touch with these
