any one had this before with  D_O_L ?

by the way... nenu OOo  pee tea la unnaa, full time chestunna. should I be worried of any thing.

asked about job, salary, company, manager, hiring  process , work environment(race/religion), complaints, salary negotiations,  hikes, benefits.

they took a note of everything I talked and asked me to sign at last.

It is audit for company ..they intervw employees to know how the company treats u....evadanna complaint ichina kuda ila audit ki vastaru..

I was selected for audit in 2011. They came to client place  took to conference room and checked i797 , pay stubs , back statements and enquired about employer . They checked on primary vendor too. They basically question about employer to check if the employee is being abused or not .

I was working from home that day so Manager asked me to come to Office with my documents . I wasn’t told in advance .  However pay stubs and bank statements they asked me to print at office and verified them . It will be cool . It’s basically audit on employer .
