Its a matter with in Parliamentary and better judiciary doesn’t involve in these things and create a conflict of interest..the country is governed by rules and run by parliament, not Supreme Court.

here point is SC affidavit on AP bifurcation ..................   not on after bifurcation bills

Parliament meaning for feasibility study: study and move in a positive direction to implement the project

For south states BJP meaning for feasibility study: total negative approach

first of all, the bill itself is not clear and promises nothing, the only thing promised is Polavaram as national project..and ITIR region for Hyderabad...
