ippatike 7 lac sq. ft of office space lo 4 lac lease ki ichesaru. aa migilindi kuda inko 1 year lo max sale ayipoddi once millenium towers open in september. Next lokesh is scouting for another 1000 acres for newest IT park. Aapadam kashtam bro. only good thing for you to avoid traffic is that they are currently surveying for Metro line.

I think they are concentrating for IT in multiple places now. Probably Vizag will be the first destination in AP, followed by Amaravathi. I think they are building office space in Amaravathi also. Hopefully not to concentrated in any particular area and cause traffic and congestion problems.
