2 H1 petitions for 2019 fiscal period

Two of my H1B petitions were selected in 2019 fascal year’s lottery. They were filed by two unrelated companies for different projects. Can both cases continue to be processed? Do they need to withdraw one?

My company has applied H1b for me for the 3rd times and unlike you I dnt work for any contract company and I have not been lucky in any lottery. immigration system is being abused because of people like you and you should be barred from getting any visa. Shame on people like you

If two companies apply like Facebook and apple as network engineer then what's the problem

You think Facebook and Apple will identify the same candidate for a position more than 7 months in advance and then spend money on the candidate? I think they apply for candidates who they already worked with or Maybe already working for them in some way(Maybe L1 or L2 or maybe OPT candidates ).

Apple and Facebook at least take 1 year before they apply H1

I don't have to think ...my cousin got such offer from India... he applied to all top companies ..he is from IIT. India lo experience kosam amazon lo chesindu... ikada  ki applied through job portals..selected..but on-site H1 applied...Last ki Fb ki vote vesadu... apple was bit stubborn on pay...but chudham ani..h1 kosam wait chesadu..they asked to start working with h1 recipt..ma vadu i have to give notice ani koni rojulu wait cheyainhci premium lo response vachinaka...decided to fb.. it works buddy... its just we need to look at broader perspective
