Offshore ki on call support unna tough man. People don’t stick to a project for example. They grow in their careers and move out. Okate client ani pattukoni koorchoru. We have an offshore team. Most of them istam vachinattu chestharu. You can’t deliver anything realistic unless you have someone here.
