I thought of saying pay off the India loan if you can afford to do so. But I agree with @Android__Halwa

In terms of buying a home here in the US, 20% down cheste PMI avoid cheyyachu. Kaani if you have other sources to get better ROI for the difference of 10% (50K in your case) I would consider other options. If you are in a bidding war situation and you have to make 20% to make your offer a better one then I can imagine. But new constructions ki 20% mandatory emi kaadu AFAIK.
