depends on the rent and hoa in your area..its better to go for independent house if you can afford.. koncham old and small aaina house ke vellu..

Hoa entha undo chusko in ur area, and compare appreciation for townhomes vs single family homes in ur area also. Single families ki ekva appreciation unte get an old small single family.  Hoa tho inko lolli enti ante it will keep growing as ur house gets older. It will not stay the same. Single family homes ki taxes general  ga ekva untay that is one downside. Redfin lo compare cheskovachu appreciations.

btw, town homes ki appreciation takkuva man..ekkadaina...

ma area lo individual homes nation lo highest aite..conods are still listed at 2004-2008 prices..

Don’t want to maintain lawn and outside work go for townhouse 

 

want cheaper than town house go to condo 

 

Want to manage outside but want to stay more secured   go for independent house in community , it has HOA

 

want more privacy and control how to manage outside of the home , go for independent home with out HOA
