If you have family then dont opt...its dead place for fun and communitiy activities..yes rents are cheap but imagine a 2 bed for 750..how it will be? you get what u pay..old applicances and carpets.. choose diff location if u have option

i have been there ..things have changed in past few years .. walmart office  now new building ..there are lots of new apartments  which are recently constructed ..... i guess its less expensive and good place for family...real estate is growing in that area..... lots of  desi's but not overly crowded like in dallas..less traffic...  tulsa is like 2 hours and kansas city is 3.5 hours from this place ....  visit once and decide

Yep.. new office kadutunaruta.. supposedly the  technologically advanced data center where they expect all their future development to happen..
