Ikkada ippudu ekkuvaga contract to hire positions vachhay...mostly all companies vendor through going, oka 5 ,6 montha tarvatha matter ni batti convert chesukuntaru. Mostly service based companies kabatti, US lekka vundadu job search ayythay...they expect konchem konchem anni tech. lo kaasta vachhi vundali annatu

 

Naa tech ETL, package nee total IT exp × 2L is decent salary ....like if u have 8yrs exp then 16LPA oo high ani kaadu gaani ...is decent amount.

3. let's say naa NOID ki answer chesaka approve aithe (i know very narrow and had <1% chance)  or nenu h1 transfer chesukoni , adi approve aithe -  next year April 2019 cap lo new h1 file chesi in regular quota, and adi approve aithe maracha new h1 ki?

change  employer, and tell new employer to file h1b without masters. I heard they need to uncheck some box in application.
