Hitman Posted June 28, 2018 Report Posted June 28, 2018 One of my friend got RFE for H1B extension, required docs are How your education related to job, Vendor relation ship, job dutues etc.. a 6 page of questionnaire . Now the Q is : is it OK to pull out from the current RFE application and start new with new employer? OR better stay with existing while answering RFE? New employer (prime vendor for the project) only gave 24 hours to decide.. Quote
