Insist on talking to attorneys . I insisted bashing my employer I talked 10 times in conference before filing my second petition. Ignorance lo unchute h1 transfer cheyinchukunta ani cheppanu .

panic lo emi cheyalemu..panic is natural tendency, dont get stuck in this mode, the next phase of panic should be action, action in this case means finding ways to convince why you are a right candidate for H1B, no one can represent you better yourselves

one common thing in all denials i have been hearing is employer/attorney mistakes, those could have easily been avoided if the candidate did due diligence on LCA job responsibilities, right SOC code for their job profile, client letter (affidavits in absence of client letter), vendor letters, PO's, Extended PO's etc)

this is do or die battle for most..not at all a time for showing/providing yourselves as "Employee of the Month" or "Ramudu manchi baaludu"

have alternative strategy to file with different vendor bys searching another job by reaching out all past vendors

That’s exactly what I did with my RFE . I argued with my employer when he wasn’t ready for my 2nd new petition . Pay chestondi deniki lawyer ki  nenu immigration law chaduvukoni Ippudu Na rfe answer chesukovala ani esukunna . Na paisal petti nenu vesukuntu ni Ishtam enti asalu how many times should I call and follow up  naku unna burra kuda lawyer ki kani Niku kani leda ani asked . Nenu cheppedi nuvvu vinu regarding my petition leda I am very happy to leave this company ani cheppanu . Sometimes we got to be tough with employers . Simple ga  cheptaru if denied and  at that stage they won’t support you too .  Nenedo smart ani cheppatledu I just learned over the years with these nasty employers by losing priority dates and money while switching companies .

This common rfe now a days. so check with lawyer what documenation needed.

Agree with this too. Need to compromise on technology , work and several things. Contracting lo project nachakapote we can find another job. FT lo chachinattu a dokku work chesukovali as we cant switch jobs being on h1b. Project change valla domain knowledge and several tech stack mida work chesi we improve our skill set that couldn't be an option with FT unless the company is good at picking latest and greatest tech stack into their projects.

I am leaning towards FT . I think i want peace at least on immigration side. I feel would get better help from company while filing extensions. GC alano vachedi ledu chachedi ledu .
