Now the Q is : is it OK to pull out from the current RFE application and start new with new employer?  OR better stay with existing while answering RFE?

New employer (prime vendor for the project) only gave 24 hours to decide..

even to get reciept it takes a week kada

Yeah 2nd di file Chesi 1st di withdraw chestaru. Naku rfe lo mentioned client nunchi job advertisement or client letter kavali that this job requires a perosn who has degree in CS  ani .They also asked documentation from client supporting this job requires speciality occupation worker .I work on a security clearance project . Letter Kadu kada they won’t give a to support H1b petition . Inka visa issues ani teluste pikese chance undi . Luckily client acquisition ayindi so I asked them to change designation to senior in my employer company and filed new petition saying material change . e-QIP docs, expert evaluations and all junk docs possible , client timesheets , email conversations , client org chart etc petti filed 2 Nd time . Got approved in 3 days.

Lucky enti adi lawyer suggested though I insisted too .  Ma company lo/ friend circle lo  e strategy follow ayyi inko 3 approvals ayyayi
