She did not have full insurance and just had damage waiver. While me, Aunty and her friend are driving, on the way we had an accident. When I was slowing down my car seeing the traffic is slowing down, a car hit me from behind. When the cop arrived, she told that she was hit by a car behind her at a speed of 75 mph. All our cars were heavily damaged. Cop called me a week later and asked my insurance details as the car is not under damage waiver as per enterprise. I told him the accident was not my fault. He said yes but I have to enter your insurance details in my report. I need to know how to claim the below from the insurance of third car( the girl who hit both mine and car behind me) 1. My mobile and aunts mobile are heavily damaged. 2. Aunty is heavily bruised. 3. I have some internal injuries and just sent my Employer that I cannot work for a month. Quote
