Why you want go with such a old model, I would say better skip it. Even though mileage is less its almost 13 years older.

6k budget lo ee camry or accord or atleast civic plan sesukovachu ga. ee odyssy etc. big vehicles ki repairs baaga vosthayi 90k miles ante. for ex. break job camry ki 250 ayithe odyssy ki 500 untadi. tires, break pads anni kothavi undali teesukonetappudu,. inka recent ga transmission fluid change, spark plugs change, timing belt change, radiator flush, break pads change chesi unte manchidi. Gas mileage kuda 15 kante ekkuva raady odyssy. Think a lot before you decide on this vehicle man. Seems you don't have any experience with vehicles at all.

why 6k budget? you will leave US in a year?  odyssey antunnav kabatti you might be married with kids... ee old cars lolli enduku cheppu...  3 years use chestav ani guarantee unte buy new vehicle. you can sell it later.

Do not buy that much old car. I recommend a BMW or Acura at that price..

This is what most of friends do. spend time on contacting multiple deals and get quotes, bargain as much as possible and buy new vechicle at best price. Even if they sell in a year, they won't lose much except $1000. last year my friend bought new RAV4 with loads of features for 21000. He can easily sell this for 19k anytime.
