Thnaks bro. Apartment ki call chesa 4000 fine anta lease break chesthe. inka 2 months rent kattale a nallodu. avi pay chesaka kuda court appearance povala avasaram leda

4000 final anta na? cheppu nee situation motham and negotiate the price and tell the leasing office lets settle this right away...entho kontha thagginchamanu....then pay that amount (make sure write a check for the records + check memo lo mention something like final settlement payment of so and so apartment ani address mention chey). And confirm with leasing office that upon final settlement payment will they withdraw the case ani (they will do this).....make sure last conversations (regarding payments, settlements, case withdraw upon final settlement etc) anni emails dwara communicate chesuko for future records. Once they confirm your payment is done and they informed their attorney, then you email the attorney and get the same confirmation with him/her as well. Dont worry much...you dont have to attend court.....do this before your hearing and it will settle forever.
