Frnd ki kuda extension approve ayndhi 2 days lo

Nadhi FTE rejected couple of months back.... back to old employer and converted the same position to contracting... H1b extension approved for the same job in premium.... btw gap between two applications (FTE rejected one and contracting with my employer is 3 months) not sure  what changed between approved for 3 years......

 

 

Okati enti antey FTE appudu I was not sure what documents are sent but through my employer I had verified each every document apart from my employer's confidential documents...... I did some documentation to support speciality occupation.... client letter was not provided so I had some of colleagues to do notary that I'm working there... took some photos.... ID card... email from my manager syaing letter will not provided but below are the duties of the resource... ila ani chesanu... RFE padindhi but the same documentation was asked again and sent same to them again then it got approved...

Sometimes its just luck. Happened to me too. FT to ayyi unte approval bavundedi.  Take it easy.

Interesting. Maybe its pure luck and nothing else. 

 

DO you have the same SOC code for both the petitions?

SOC Codes are different and role name is different in both the applications... maa employer I-140 lo edhi pettado adhey peduthunadu H1 ki kuda...

Maybe that made the difference. I heard its difficult for Analyst SOC codes now

FTE is american company.... which does contracts only to federal agencies....
