I dont think there is any other sport like football because there is so much grey area within it which leads to a lot of conflict in the opinion... one thing is that this is not a stat sport, meaning you wont know just by looking at the scoreboard or watching highlights... for example, in cricket if someone scores a century you can say he played very well without watching the match but in football you can score a hattrick and still be the worst player on the pitch or you can have minimum touches and clocked minimum KMs and yet be the most effective and best player of the match... its impossible in any other sport... thats the reason its called the beautiful game... pick a team and watch them matches regularly... you will understand and learn a lot in few months/years Quote

Last played competitively back in 2004, so 14 years gap ante choodali ela untundo ippudu getting back into it. Quote
