That should not have happened at all. India is the only country in the world that never invaded any other country. But in this instance, Indian Army went to help .......sorry ..again, who did they help? Not sure? Yeah thats the confusion. Initially they went to negotiate with LTTE which because of a poor & failed diplomacy of the then Indian Civil servants, translated itself into fight between Indian Army and LTTE.
