485 ki employer avasaram ledu, so why cannt we do 485 when current using old approved i140 ?

Vadu cooperate cheyali kaada? If you are in good terms may be he will otherwise why would he ? E consulting companies vallu ayite nasty people usually hard to leave in good terms . Doesn't work except for few ppl.
