car accident - help

2 weeks back vere state ki poya. enterprise rental car drove for a week and when am back to the airport to return my car, i was about to stop my car at red light right in front of one car which is stopped at light. unfortunately, my brake didnt work properly, i ended-up slightly touching her car, very minor scratch at her back bumper. papa digindi, license, insurnace, tokka tolu adigindi, i said i dont have enough time to stick around, i can give you my license and enterprise agreement, please leave me asap. she took the pictures oif those, and took video of the scene. Then, I started driving to the hotel to pack-up and catch the flight. hotel nundi kindaki raagane, papa nannu follow ayyi, hotel lobby lo staff tho discussion accident gurinchi, nannu choosi he is the guy ani she started following me. I said, miss i gave you all the info, and she goes to me, 'u need to talk to the police'. i was like i dont have time, need to rush. and i left to the enterprise, returned my car and waiting for the shuttle. and i see her again with two police officers waiting for me. and she caught me and started crying and i explained the officer about the same and officer took picture of my license and my ph no. and he let me go since i have to catch my flight.

my question:

ippativaraku nannu evvaru contact cheyyaledu (insurance or police or that lady). direct ga intiki mail ostada/ or insurance vadu direct premium penchestaada? or police complaint type lo future lo emaina problem aa, like hit and run type lo (in fact i did nt run from there without giving my info, i didnt give my insurance though, since i didnt had it handy? do i need to contact my insurance and inform the same? or does it give them alarm to increase my premium. any thoughts and suggestions are appreciated. @~`
