Bro, Try in your circle ask n if possible check for their mobiles( some people will not reveal)your related WhatsApp group field , some times recruiters will post on LinkedIn, FB(desi).. but believe in LinkedIn definitely it will workout

LinkedIn , I am not getting any requirements for some reason. I updated it as actively looking for new opportunities.

Write certifications and update to premium. Increase network .  This usually helps.

I did that..I can hardly see there positions.. market is never been this dry.

 

Out of 3 openings , 2 are Superlaneous positions that require knowledge of an astronaut who only works direct client inside the development centers  of Microsoft or Google can break. The other way around is to pay 25,000$ field to get hands on training. 

I am just saying , these openings take five to 8 months to fill, the regular jobs ,including the senior level jobs that I currently work are internally filled. This is a eye opening how tough market is now a days . You should either be a opt or know some internal openings.

Are you updating the resume according to requirements if not pls update resume according to JD. they will search with keywords .. put min 5 keywords in resume from JD. If you submit only one resume also in this format is sufficient and check the difference

Sure..first of all there are no proper requirements. My resume is 15 pages long
