Could be just genetic . My aunts husband family lo chala mandiki mid 20’s lo vachindi cancer and few luckily survived including my uncle . They have best of best habits and don’t even drink coffee . They wake up at 5 and sleep by 9:30 pm . Eat dinner around 6 pm and exercise every day . Skating kuda chestaru in summer . Plays tennis etc . Very physically active .  Never smoked or took alcohol in life .
