spray minoxidil or rogaine 

atleast you can maintain in worse case go for hair weaving

I am using minoxidil 5% from last October. It helps. But you need to be strict with your schedule.. Daily 2 times.. 

Natural em ledhu.. Either minoxidil or Propecia pills.. Propecia is powerful but 1% of people ki libido will affect. Hair undi asalu MG aithe kashtam ga.. Also purchase toppik fibers and toppik spray.. Pics ki events ki panikosthadi 

Last option hair transplant but surgery scars. Hit or miss lolli hai. Not a bad option but do your proper research. Search and look at top posts here https://www.reddit.com/r/tressless
