Currently status lo undi deny ayithey em kadu  IMO

Like if you apply for an extension 3 months before expiration of Current H1,  and it get's denied you are fine until your current H1 is valid.

But you have an option to file another petition(H1 Ext), if one gets denied and you have 3 months left.
