Agreed. I am in same thought process and waited for same reason but now i am leaning on buying having no financial commitments. Oct varaku ayite i want to wait but as you said without two incomes/visa's it is a big headache for sure. Will be frustrated at some point emo.

Motham 2007 GC current batch...literally apude na OPt start ayindi...my cousin suggested me to buy a townhome there for 270k and can sell it away but later...kani apude OPt start kada...vinaledu

Same dude. My aunt told many many times to invest here.  Illu konadam enti nenu enti all this being a consultant ani i used laugh and didn't care. Ippudu avi atleast 200K perigayi. Ammesukunna good deal.  I think even Loudon county is in bubble. I am not sure though. Janalu million dollar house lu ala konestunnaru ikkada.

You should invest, if I were you I would have invested a long time ago. Mee family mottam ikkada unnaru ga even if you go to Australia or something in the future it's very easy for you as you have people that can take care of things here or sell the house if needed be.
