Bambam_Bholey Posted July 7, 2018 Report Posted July 7, 2018 It depends on your visa, Technology, FT/Contract, local job market etc... Buying home on H1B was OK but tatha roju ko racha chesthoo penta penta chesthundatam tho chala mandi backed off recently. If you have plans to stay in your new home for 3-4 years should be fine, equity build avuthundhi tarvatha india vellipovalsivachina kooda, you will make something out of it!! Quote

DetroitPistons Posted July 7, 2018 Author Report Posted July 7, 2018 what I heard is that if it ain’t a 2 income family.. then buying house is much more expensive.. couple of my friends are in Top 5% of income makers in USA.. still say they live pay check to pay check that really makes me to wonder why am I buying something with 30 year loan? ForEverJava Posted July 7, 2018 Report Posted July 7, 2018 It's all from need basis..I dont recommend buying home to anyone who dont have kids going to kindergarten age at least ..so where the kids need good Neighborhood and friends to play with grow up in community also other hand it's lot of work for adults like us to maintain home..but at end of the day living in home is beautiful much more comfortable than renting ..what ur needs and comforts n income level n affordability and physical capability to maintain the home and live up to day to day chores..like lawn cut snow clean ..leaf blowing ..etc..just my 2 cents.. When you own a home you are kind of locked down, unless your company is too good or you have good companies in 20 miles of your house it is ok else you will not be ready to change jobs and look for new opportunities. Original Profile Posted July 7, 2018 Report Posted July 7, 2018 Renting is definitely easier. You get to see a lot of unexpected expenditures after buying home. Don’t just compare rent with mortgage. Be prepared that you will have much more additional expenditures. But end of the day it’s a bigger and your own house if you enjoy Quote

True.. Mortgage Kanna rent atleast 500 per month difference untey go for home. Or else renting is better to save money and flexibility kuda untadi etaina velli ravalanna. House aithey you have to think 10 times before you plan on leaving for more than 2 weeks. Adi kakunda any small issue you need to fix goes from your savings to the house. Maintenance anedi pedda headache unless you enjoy those as chores or hobby. Quote
