Kanipinchadam veru, body capability veru. I am talking about it purely in terms of having kids and taking care of them. Below 30 girls are actual gold when it comes to that mostly. The mother doesn’t pass on diseases etc to the child. Also kids don’t have more defects. After 30 she will slowly begin to pass on her bad genes.  It is the same with older fathers. Age is very important in that respect.
