This is how i calculate the value..say 30 sq yrds istunandu anukundam...let divide at present irrespective of where the land is manam sonthaga kattukunna aprox 1400/sft avtadi anukundam...so lets leave some 25% margin to the builder...so I am willing to pay around 1750/sft....so the flat construction cost should be around 19 lakhs...ante migata 11lakhs landki anattu....so you are paying around 37K/sqyrd there....you are free to adjust rates and area accordingly...so flat locationni batti you decide for yourself...the above calcs will not work if you are getting amenities and lot of open space...just stand alone apt aite cheptunna Quote
