Indian carriers have exhausted seats where dubai based emirates and flydubai operate 50,000 seats a week and have the potential to operate another 15,000 seats this year. Indian govt has requested for additional landing slots at Dubai and increase of seats fy another 8000 seats which was denied by Dubai and right now, it is status quo and there won;t be any new service with Dubai till further talks happen.

SInce Jan 2018, there is a status quo and talks have stalled. Until talks reinstate, there will no new service not just to Amaravati but no other Indian airport....
