Weird - physical discomfort If your belly hurts before going to poop and it remains after getting rid of the waste too, beware. It is not ok to have pain before pooping (it might be caused by bad meal or some temporary dysfunction of your intestinals) but if it doesn't go away with the “bad waste” (which might take from day to four at least for me who is sadly too sensitive to some regular food) it is something that demands consultation with a doctor. In case there is something wrong with the waste you produce (red or too dark without proper reason) don't hesitate and seek doctor. Don't risk your health. Quote
