I think Caste Feeling will go away to some extent with development. There will be but not like what we have now. 

 

for example, if we dont have 1 caste dominated MLA/MP constituency, then there wont be place for caste based politics. Once that happens, there wont be that much caste focus

The problem is same as what I mentioned above. Let me phrase it differently with an example:

 

Both YCP and TDP will contest in Nellore with Reddy candidates 

Both YCP and TDP wil contest in Krishna with Kamma Candidates 

 

YCP is powerful in Nellore and so they will have 10 Reddy MLAs 

TDP is powerful in Krishna so they will have 10 Kamma MLAs

Same with Kapus obviously 

now, when the election results are out, one of them will form government they will have their MLAs belonging to a particular caste and so their caste MLAs will be ministers and CMs.

If Nellore is not Reddy dominated Geographical area and Krishna is not Kamma dominated Geographical area, then people of various castes will contest in each constituency and then we will have a mix

Ofcourse World bank will praise any state / country whoever takes huge sum of money from them.....manam oorike theesukuntunnama. we end paying huge sum of interest for many decades. I know this money is needed for development, but it all works out well if majority of that portion really goes into development of the state and not an individual / group of ppl (which is the case here).
