Carry some black coffee or lemon water in your personal mug and have it as soon as you have craving ! It will be very tough but you have to go through the change process patiently no other way Quote

I dont drink coffee anymore unless someone forces me to (you know you can't do anything in some situations) Quote

Somehow I have feeling that coffee is not good for health. I have controlled my diet a lot like quitting meat, eating loads of fruits, sprouts and raw veggies. I am seriously looking for an opportunity to quit coffee but can't able to control it. Quote
