I am your manager in  disguise in this forum. i joined here after i got to hear from others in the team that u are spending too much time in this forum and not concentrating on your work at all. you are hereby instructed to completely abstain from these discussion boards or any other similar DBs that you are so full into. You dont have to give all 8 hrs ina  day for project work but doesnt mean you just come to office to just chat in these forums. Please take this as a serious reprimand and i expect you to course correct failing which a formal escalation will be mandated. The rest lets discuss in the meeting.
