If you paid off the complete auto loan why you want to refinance

You cannot do the Refinance.

But you can do the title auto loan option. 
In General, title loan interest may not same as auto finance loan. but you can match interest rate close to that

Definite ga teesukovachu . Last time nenu refinance chesa vehicle, vadu vehicle market value kante ekkuva oka 10k ekkuva  ichadu...so aa 10k nee peru meeda check pampistam .. you can deposit in your bank account annadu...
