Despite malnutrition among children being a serious issue in the country, eggs which are the cheapest source of protein are not served as a part of the mid-day meal. This imposed 'vegetarianism' by the BJP govt puts them at further risk of malnutrition.

Now they want to introduce "Go-Muthra" in midday meals for high nutrition

read the article completely.....entre cut funding in the scenes coz of finance commission where states get more money to spend on such schemes

centre did not pass a law to cut out egg and veg only meals ani......
