may be he doesn't live in europe. You cannot judge him. He is going to spend $7000 for this trip.

europe motham ..many countries ..chaala languages (first problem)

13 nights ..lengthy tour (Second problem)

only both of them ? no one to share anything (third problem)

no one to take care of them personally (fourth problem)

personal ga car rent chesukoni cover cheyechu in 2 phases, you can have more fun by adding few more places that were not covered

Mallorca/Ibiza beaches koda add cheyachu

inka patience unte, eastern europe cover cheyachu (Prague, Kiev etc)

if you get a large size SUV, driving would be fun for them too

London, Germany, Holland oka part

take train to Switzerland, cover Geneva and then drive to Italy

190 Euros ki 3 days pass in germany, it covers trip to switzerland as well

the fun part in europe is driving specially switzerland and Germany

flights are very cheap too

it gets easy if you take them as exploring new places may not be big issue for you, whereas they will be confused with so many places, end up not enjoying anything

if you take them, you will figure out in few days, then all can enjoy

Trains are the best friends for Holland, France, Germany, Switzerland

there are many apps to provide proper planning for you

note that every 100-150 kms you drive in europe, you will see vast difference in food and culture
