CO gaadu oka faaltu gaadu..I dont think he will ever let EB3 pass EB2.. dont need to downgrade what i feel is whatever SO EB3 is suppose to get, he is making sure most that Spill over (SO) to EB2 by not moving EB3 aggressively Eb2 gets cleared and move much more than EB3 even if you wish to downgrade, all you have to do is file 140 concurrently when Eb3 dates approach 2011 ravalante 4-5 yrs easy ga padutundi.. all are thinking on the same lines.. so it will be as good as useless.. EB3 and EB2 will balance out Quote
