EB2 to EB3 Downgrade

what i feel is whatever SO EB3 is suppose to get, he is making sure most that Spill over (SO) to EB2 by not moving EB3 aggressively

Eb2 gets cleared and move much more than EB3

even if you wish to downgrade, all you have to do is file 140 concurrently when Eb3 dates approach

2011 ravalante 4-5 yrs easy ga padutundi.. all are thinking on the same lines.. so it will be as good as useless.. EB3 and EB2 will balance out

Historically china's eb3 moved fwd than eb2 so why is it not possible for India?? Let me know if its otherwise.

if someone applies now, they will in EB3 because thats moving fast. So, at some point (50 years later) EB2 will be ahead of EB3 again, assuming no downgrades.
