Yeah cuz they will be still in EC model. Direct client ki FTE untey i think it should be okay. Probably ila aina GC dates move aitayemo.. There will be casualties for sure and it will be beneficial for some people too.

Yeah agreed. After rfe and mess i just got 3 yrs extension. Project change kakunda undadam better till they kick off.

Contracting is 100% better than working for witch companies. At least in contracting you can take care of your documents and send them. In witch companies there will be a lazy lawyer who will submit whatever he likes. Project ayipothe India ki vellu ani full pressure.  Fulltime low wages, but better stability. Not that they are not getting rfes too. At least it is manageable if it has a good hr department. EC model or EVC lo manchi client who gives letters etc is still good.
