Yes, Indian Embassy lo you can request for PCC but depends on the location. I heard Chicago, Houston lo one day lo certify chestunnaru ani but Atlanta taking longer. Call consulate before dropping passports.

last week passport drop chesa. One week lo clearance istam if you are in our system, if not application India pampali annadu. Just called them now and they sent for further verification to India anta Jaffa gallu. Prepare to apply sooner to save time.
