the same thing applies to christians as well. if the blue shirt person has the right to talk..so do the christian party. First of all wat they r doing is an offence . How ? This is wat Indian penal code has to say..

 

The laws made forced conversion a cognisable offence under sections 295 A and 298 of the Indian Penal Code, which pertain to malicious and deliberate intention to hurt the religious sentiments of others. They attract a prison term of up to three years and fine. The punishment, in some cases, is harsher if the offence is committed against a minor, a woman or an SC or ST person.

 

I have seen & heard these christian pastors and their tricks of conversion.. clearly hindu religion medha, hindus ni clear ga provoke chesi  taunt chesi maa devudu maatramey goppa ani chepthaaru mikes pettukoni.. maa devudu mee juttu ni emi adagadu, mee manasu kavali anthey, stones lo vundevaadu asalu devudaa kaadhu ani ela indirect ga provoke cheesi maatladathaaru.. so as per IPC its clearly an offence. ! 

 

elantivi vaati medha chala saarlu court lo cases vesaaru.. the court said like below..

 

The question before the court was whether the fundamental right to practice and propagate religion includes the right to convert. The court held in clear terms that while Article 25 does provide freedom of religion, it also went on to state the word propagate religion does not give the right to convert. The word propagate has been used in Article 25(1) of the Indian Constitution, but that does not give the right to convert another person to one's own religion !

I said all parties have equal rights..if he the blue shirt person has a problem then he should be report it to the law rather than questioning others rights.

If u read my post I did not support religious conversion. All i said is freedom of speech is granted for all people involved. This is based on what i saw in the video i saw. If people have a problem then they should report it. These videos are no good,just instigate people and cause more divisions. I rest my case.
