Depends On type of PhD you do, if you do it in life sciences, polymer/material sciences possibility of getting green card thru eb1 is high and again it all depends on your profile such as being a peer reviewer for journals and where your papers being citied in different parts of the world how unique and good research you have done, mere completing a PhD doesn’t get you a proper job let alone green card. It’s all again how brainy you are with your academics and contacts
