So if my amendment you submited by the consultant is went for RFE, and we change employers what happpens to the one in RFE? do we loose status because no one respond to the RFE?

NTA ante Notice To Appear. Now-a-days, USCIS can place someone in NTA after rejection/denial. Meaning you have to leave the country once your application is denied
