you need a total of min 3-5 crs (depends on the location) because on a prime spot for commercial space need deposit of min 1 cr. Vijayawada Benz circle lo my brother opened restaurant and they paid 1.5 cr deposit + whatever franchise fee + initial stockup. Coffee shop franchise ki they are asking 50L. No wonder you spend 5cr for named franchise
