Doing HIIT will help even with consuming high GI carbs, esp if they are done with an intermittent fasting protocol. Quote

I was 188 at the end of Feb(winter kastha workout taggindi wine ekkuvayindi), now I am 165 lbs(my lowest in the last 10 years). Mainly because I eat for one hour a day and fast for 23 hours, and workout in a fasted state(HIIT) Quote
