suggestion please.thinking about H1-B transfer. Currently on H1B with XYZ employer(C2C). Which is better among these 2 options

Fulltime with  TCS for long term project or   to payroll of Prime vendor of TCS for same project..Thanks in advance

Note: I140 approved with current employer year ago
