Upgrade to Prem proc after one month - will EHone, EHNalugu and EHNaLEAD all be considered as prem proc

Tammudu applied EHone and EHnal and EHNaLEAD under reg proc, got all the 3 Rec numbers. Now he wants to upgr to Prem proc. Will all the 3 rec numbers considered as Prem proc or just EHOne??
