Bonus is almost always a variable. Target 14% ante, final ga they can give 10% or may be 20% based on how the criteria is defined. 

 

As far as tax deduction in bonus goes, it will be the maximum possible amount (usually 40% or so)

Nee base salary lo 14% bonus.

 

so, if everything works out it will be 114% of your base salary at the end of year. 14% bonus different tax.

 

depending on your company policy it can be anything from 0 to more than 14%
