Ishtam ayina vallakosam chesepette opika vastundi though I can’t casually cook investing that much time .I make sweets/ snacks  for my nieces and nephews when they visit me or take when I visit them . Paisal padesi gifts koniste saripodu sir prema ga Chesi pettali thats how you turn kids and make them love you . 

I made kalakand on father’s day recently as my dad loves it and was here with me in US .

They love me too the same way . Kids fight and take turns to sleep with me and to even sit in car I drive . It’s both ways. Thanks for the compliment . Actually I can’t take credit as I am blessed with wonderful family .

Buy Ricotta cheese, add sugar (preferably powdered sugar).. thaligiyi..tastes exactly like kalakand

You can make it very easily. Taste exactly india lo vachinattu vastadi

 

Ricotta cheese  1 cup 

Mava milk powder( indian grocery lo odrukuthadi ) 1 cup 

Sugar 1 cup 

 

Mix them well ,put it in microwave 5 mins qnd then mix it and then three mins ( watch it carefully ) enjoy
